Geospark Analytics is looking for an experienced and motivated GIS expert to support one of our US Federal Government clients in the Northern Virginia and Washington DC area. We will be expanding the deployment of our SaaS platform and our Esri-based GIS services and will embed a TS cleared Client Success Manager with proven GIS skills in their operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience implementing Esri-based solutions with the US Federal Government.

About the Role:

The Client Success Manager aligns with the clients and supports them through the lifecycle of their contract. They function as a bridge between the client and the company and provide the client with unparalleled service, capture and provide feedback to the development and production teams all while adding value to the client’s mission. Client Success Managers are responsible for the successes of their primary clients whiles supporting the team on the success of others when needed.

The right candidate will:

  • Have expert knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online
  • Have experience work directly with customers and must be able to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to produce interactive maps, dashboards, and GIS applications
  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority
