Geospark Analytics is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Success professional to support our current and prospective Commercial Clients around the world. We support corporate security and GSOC teams at large commercial companies in the US and around the world. About the Role:

The Client Success Manager aligns with the clients and supports them through the lifecycle of their contract. They function as a bridge between the client and the company and provide the client with unparalleled service, capture and provide feedback to the development and production teams all while adding value to the client’s mission. Client Success Managers are responsible for the successes of their primary clients while supporting the team on the success of others when needed.

The right candidate will:

  • Have expert knowledge of corporate GSOC and/or threat intelligence
  • Have SaaS or account management experience
  • Have experience working directly with customers and must be able to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to appropriately communicate the value of real-time threat monitoring to clients
  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority
  • Have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with customers

Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in corporate security a bonus
  • 5-7 years of enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management/sales with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Experience working with sales, account management, product and engineering teams
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve in real time
